For the manufacturers of hematology analyzer control chemicals, and for their customer laboratories, we provide a very important set of quality analysis reports and graphs.  These reports and graphs clearly show the manufacturers and laboratories how the instruments are performing relative to assay values, and how the instruments are preforming within their peer groups including all labs using the same batch of controls. 

We have been developing computer software since 1967, and we started  providing the quality analysis reports for hematology analyzer controls in 2003.  We work exclusively with the manufacturers, and they interface with their customer laboratories.  Our system is extremely stable and reliable, and is easily tailored for additional manufacturers.
